More Redfish

Marco Island - Saltwater Fishing Report

Fishing has remained fair to excellent this past week. There is still plenty of bait along the beaches and fish are willing to take it.
I have been catching redfish and small to medium snook along the outside points in south Marco and the Ten Thousand Islands with bait under a cork. Trout have been a great side catch as well.
Trout fishing has been very productive as well. Any type of jig will do the trick. I have been doing well along the deeper runs of the islands.
I did some did some fly fishing in the smaller boat Pinocchio this week. We had great success and had numerous shots at redfish.
Water temperatures are remaining steady and the fishing has been good. Old man winter is bound to take hold soon. I'll take this weather all winter long. Get in on the action and give me a call.

More Fishing Reports:

Light Tackle Spinfishing, live bait, artificial and flyfishing. I do it all. Fish for snook, redfish, trout and tarpon in the Marco Island, ten thousand islands and Everglades.
