Pine Island Sound - Saltwater Fishing Report
Yep! I woke up Sunday morning in excruciating pain in my left knee. I couldn't bend it or put any weight on it. I didn't know what was going on, only that the pain was so intense it made me sick to my stomach. I had to give away and/or cancel four trips!
Finally, after a week of Ibuprofen and icepacks, it began to get better. Now, the same thing has happened to my right knee, and after some on-line research it seems I'm having my first attacks of gout! I can't believe it.
I'm not going to stop eating seafood!
