I helped out Capt. Bill Lake today with a two man crew. These guys are serious redfisherman and reds is what they want. We did however twist their arms first thing this morning and boxed some nice trout. It only took about 1 hour of daylight before the winds were howling. We started beating the banks hard in protected marsh with clean water. The reds had lock-jaw as we covered several miles of bank only to hook 12 reds, boat 11, and box 5. We ended up with a nice mess of fish considering the conditions. Great guys to fish with and looking forward to day 2. Thanks Capt. Bill for setting things up.
