Dularge - Saltwater Fishing Report
Day 2 with Sandy and Martin found the wind howling before light. Even so, our first cast at our first stop produced three double hook ups, six trout hit the ice. Second cast produced another double....then like a switch turning off it was over. Our second stop found three more trout and two reds hitting the ice. The rest of the day was spent pounding the banks with spoons, LSU Chubs, and swim baits. We had a total of 17 hookups, 2 break offs, 8 undersized fish, 7 in the box. Tough fishing but still fun, with great company. Thanks for a great two days guys, and to Capt. Bill for setting up the trip. Canceled trips for tomorrow, but look forward to getting back on the water next week.
