Late Spring

David Cassidy Sr.
June 9, 2009
Penobscot Bay - Freshwater Fishing Report

Trolling for Lakers, Salmon and other trout is still going strong. Trolling Lures and bait have been working great.Water temps are still staying on the cool side compare to what they were last year at this time.

In some water bodies bass are just starting to get on there beds to spawn. Other places they are no where to be seen. The spawn seems to be very slow this year.

We have not had much rain lately so our rivers and streams are at a normal heigth.

Target Species:

Togue (lake trout), LL Salmon, Splake, Browns, Bass

More Fishing Reports:

Come fish My area of Downeast Maine. Fish for trout and bass on inland waterways.
