We just started doing lil drifting 1st. picking up whitetrout or two, an looked up an here comes 2 water spouts An a darn rain shower, think goodness for them curtains on that ol whipasnapa. 2 boats with out no top got pretty wet. lasted about 30 min.
Had stopped an throwed the net picked up some nice finger mullet on way, so hey might as well put one on try it. Bout the time it hit the water I could see something cutting at it that is a Spanish jerk it a couple times, got him. boy them suckers put up a fight on some 12lb light tackle. Popping Cork with 1/4 oz hair jig about 3 foot leader tipped with them lil mullet. boated 6 lost 3 or so on the mono. It looked an sounded like he was having a ball.
