Susquehanna River - Freshwater Fishing Report

The fishing on the upper Susquehanna has been very good. The bite has been a little unpredictable and we are having to change techniques on a daily basis. Most trips are averaging 30 fish per outing with some being considerably better.
Our best baits right now are hard Jerkbaits in "Wild Colors" and the old standby Green Pumpkin Rite Bite Tube Jig. The Spinnerbait and Crankbait bite is becoming more predictable as water temps stabilize in the 50+ deg range.
A recent trip yielded 12 fish over 18" and the biggest was 20" weighing in at 4.9 lbs.
We still have a few dates available for May. We are also booking for our Flathead Catfish trips and Smallmouth/Catfish Combo trips.
