Florida Outdoor Writer\'s Association (FOWA) executive director, Capt Tommy Thompson, caught and released this Indian River trout on a DOA Shrimp while fishing with Capt. Rick Grassett at the DOA Guide Outdoor Writer Festival out of River Palm Cottages and Fish Camp in Jensen Beach, FL.
