There can not be another angler on the planet that deserves a huge tarpon like Peter Moyer. He understands and practices safe release tactics along with his boat captain, Mike Locklear of Homosassa. Together they have discovered an accurate way to measure the length of the fish using digital photos. We guessed 210+ making her the largest tarpon landed and released in the world.
