Summer good times are here - Water levels have returned to normal as rains continue to fall here at the Stick Marsh/Farm 13. Water flow structures have been active. Heavy afternoon storms have brought water levels up 3-3.5 feet in the last two weeks.

Conditions are improving - The day dawned with winds almost non-existent. Meeting Karen and Joe at the ramp at 6:30 we immediately headed for the NW area of the Marsh. The wind has kept it slow - Weather has dealt a serious blow to fishing this winter but daylight is peeking through as we move into spring. Fall arriving at the Marsh - As we enter strongly into the fall season we find the bass moving southward towards the wooded areas of Farm 13. However, it is too early to totally give up on the old irrigation ditches and their intersections.
