Stormy weather reds. - Launched the boat to a sky full of lightning and ominous cloud cover. As we eased over to the bait hole the wind came up turning the bay into a washing machine. After a few throws of the net we had enough nice sized ly's to fish.

Big fishermen can come in small packages. - Another day for the kids.....long day I'm going to keep it short. Had a 15 year old this morning, Danial Hitchcock, had a 6 and 7 year old this afternoon; Doug and Seth Johnson. All did well and all caught a bunch of fish. End of the day:

Kings and spanish in the bay. - Keith Tate and his BFF Carson showed up this morning for a little bait and tug. Keith caught some reds and trout with me earlier this year, today he was interested in the spanish bite.
Bait was easy to get which should have been a sign. Fishing more...

The best thing about fishing with Ray...... - My long time and regular customer 4lb Ray was back on the boat today. Ray is a curios guy...keeps a trout or flounder every now and then. Today he kept a shark filet...wanted to try it. Most of the time he just wants to bait fish for whatever is more...

Keith Thompson gets the N. Florida slam and some big spanish! - Everyone knows the guy who has never been is going to catch the best and biggest of the day. By the end of the day, Scott, Brian and Bruce had seen this young novice transform into a junior fisherman.
